Hi,
I have an XBox 360 value connected via HDMI to my Yamaha RX-V465.
The Yamaha is then connected to my Pioneer plasma tv.
The XBox 360 HDMI output is set to 720p
Recently the amp is loosing the HDMI connection with the XBox whilst playing games. Sometimes sound will cut out and sometimes the whole sound and video feed to the TV will vanish. The cut out times seem to be becoming more and more frequent and longer in duration. Turning the amp off and back on sometimes fixes the audio vut more oftern than not, if the video has gone then it and the audio will not return. I have checked the connections and reseated the HDMI cable between the XBOX and yammaha and the yamaha and the tv. No change in symptoms.
The other HDMI inputs (DVD and PS3) do not seem to have a problem.
Any ideas ?
