Hi,
Upon pressing the eject button on the xbox to swap a game over, the unit is not totally stopping the disk spinning before it is ejected, as a consequence a number of my games now a have perfect circle engraved type scratch all the way round the disk and come up as "disk unreadable" at certain points in games.
I bought the console & games from the well know high street shop (we still not allowed to talk competitors right?) and just wondered if any of you guys know where I stand before I go in there. According to the sticky at the top I should be entitled to a straight swap ? As i don't really want it sent off for repair etc etc etc.
It's under 12 months old and I have the reciepts.
