Hi guys, just tried to log on to xbox live to find out that my account has been suspended due to a problem with my payment. It asks me to go to the account management section to update but every time i do it kicks me off live.
The only thing that i can think of is that my 12 month subscription has run out and they have tried to bill me again, the only problem being that i don't actually own a credit card anymore.
What can i do??
