Hi all,

Just purchased a 250gb 360 s, nice and shiny, quiet and Kinect works well, however I had just one problem.

I can't remember my details for logging in to my account. I've tried the one hotmail address that I can remember but that is connected to an account I have never used. There doesn't seem to be any way of recovering email details by putting in a user name. :(

I've an old xbox that works somewhere and the harddrive with my account on. Is it possible to either edit details in there so I can see the email address or maybe even transfer the account over?

Sorry for such a noob question, but we bought our new born home yesterday, and I am SOOOOOOO tired my brain isn't working :p
 
try doing it on xbox.com should be able to get the password sent to your email.

It only accepts hotmail on the xbox live website, however, I'll try all my other emails on the xbox :)

It'll be the xbox, but tbh, we've a great support system for baby, so we can have an hour now and then to our selves :)

tried it, but you need the email address which I can't remember :(
