Right I have the Xbox One, Xbox 360 and an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Can I and another person access the Xbox Live subscription or you I need one subscription per person?

The gold account is valid across 360 and one.

Not really sure on your question....

If you want to play online on the same console, as long as one of you is signed in, then all is good.

To be clear, there will be two users, I want each user to have a separate Live account.

I don't want to share profiles of that makes sense.

If both profiles are on the Xbox One, they share Gold.
If the second profile also plays on the 360, it would need its separate gold sub

On the Xbox one, is a user has gold then it will be shard across all users but for the 360 you have to buy separate subscriptions.

Ok another question I have the Xbox one and put myself on with gold, my son has an account on it. For Xmas we have got him a 360, so to save on another gold membership can I sign him into the 360 as me?

Yes, you can be logged into both the Xbox One and 360 at the same time . Obviously your sons current account would also need Gold if he wanted to play online on his 360

i would have your sons account as the gold so he doesn't need to be you on the 360 but you would get the benefit of gold having him registered on the one, if that makes sense :)
