Xbox live - AUTOMATIC Renewal .... TODAY!

My XBox is due to AUTOMATICALLY renew today and ive checked their website and can't (no surprise) find an option to cancel it!

I've tried ringing them and their offices are closed.
I've tried deleting my card details - Says there is a payment pending (Online banking doesn't say anything different at the moment)

Do you think if I reject the payment they will roger me for it?
 
Thanks mate. Rang them again and was on hold for 15 minutes but the guy I spoke to cancelled it for me and when I got off the phone I got an email of cancellation :)

Just waiting for my pre-paid card to be emailed to me now :) £26.99, bargain!
 
Yes it is really a pain to cancel, I had to call up to which seems a bit off. You never have to call to cancel a MMORPG sub. The worst thing is not being able to cancel or even delete the card from your account sigh..

Very true. I tried to cancel my card and it wouldn't let me do it. I told the guy at the call centre straight. He asked me my reason for cancellation .... "To expensive mate" :)
 
to be fair i hate paying for XBL as ps3 is free but £26.99 is better than £40 odd :)
 
i try not to think that i'm wasting £26 i think of gametime with mates and free demos and streams etc :)

Its like having a gaming pc and not having it connected to the internet its silly :P - imo
