xbox live billing

ive been paying monthly for xbox live so its been auto billing every month, couple of weeks ago i bought a 12+1 months card and put that on but ive been billed again this month.

does xbox bill you for the month you just used or is it in advance of the next month?

I thought that when you used a prepaid card on top of a CC payment, it delayed the CC payment until the prepaid card ran out

Just ring MS customer services

I reckon they'll charge you a month in advance.As has been said above it's probably best to ring them up.

also you'l probably want to ask them to remove your card or they will charge you when your pre paid card runs out whether you want to or not..
