Xbox Live Blocking Messages

Was wondering if you can setup the Xbox Live to allow all types of communication from everyone but block receiving messages from people you haven't played in multiplayer.

You can set it to receive from friends only but i don't think you can block people you haven't played with.

If your trying to avoid spam messages just block them and report them as spam, they are not that common.

A few times I've got messages from little *****s I've never played before who were jealous that I beat their scoreboard times in a racing game. Wish I could prevent receiving messages from people I've never played before.
