Xbox Live down all day?!

Some nice bits and bobs added to my xbox on xbox.com cant see anything new on marketplace, infact if its infrastructure changes they need to hit the drawing board as I still get timed out when browsing xbox live marketplace...

It keeps signing me out of xbox live. I connect but by the time I get into a game its disconnected again.
