Xbox Live down for you?

Having some really weird issues.

Network test says it can't resolve the DNS for Xbox.com
Signing in just hangs on 'Signing in' with the spinning circle.
Gamertag recovery lets you get past the sign in bit, goes to 'Downloading Updates' then says 'Unavailable at this time'

It's down, reports say they have been targeted by a group of hackers.

I see one friend online having checked xbox.com. A few have been on in the past hour.

God I hate these hackers.

Every time something is down you have to start questioning if it has been hacked and if will it be down for long
