Trying to download this months free Xbox 360 game, "Gears of War Judgement", and it keeps telling me it's "failed"? Tried yesterday, and again today, and simply doesn't get anywhere with it?

Doing it now, it says I'm re-downloading it... but just fails after 20-30 seconds?

Hmm never had any issues like that before, does it allow you to purchase (i.e accept) the game?

If not maybe try and get onto the xbox market place through a web page and accept your free game, then go download it on your xbeast like before.

If on the other hand you have already purchased it and are simply having download issues then maybe an IT crowd special, "have you tried turning it off and on again?", or check your internet connection isn't doing you over!
 
I get this issue sometimes. Go into your xbox hard drive and find the files downloaded for that game so far. Delete them and try to install again. Usually does the trick for me
