Hi all,

My son got an Xbox one for his birthday back in March and I've logged my live account in, and set one up for him and my daughter.

they've asked about an Xbox live gold upgrade so I'm wondering if a family with 3/4 accounts can share a subscription?

I googled and saw a family version was discontinued.

For what they play I don't fancy paying out multiple times but it'd be nice if they could both play online now and then.

Thanks

If you only have one console, then all accounts on it share Xbox Live Gold (in terms of multiplayer). Only the purchaser can claim the Gold games and store discounts. But the other accounts can play those games when downloaded.

Nice one, just means they can play things like Rocket League :)

Just having a look for info on that "get a year for a £1" thing that used to be about :)
