hi

i have been a xbox live silver member for about a year , but ive just got myself a prepaid 12 month gold membership card , i would like to know how i upgrade to gold on my xbox using the card?

do i click on the redeem prepaid card option , also does my silver gamertag stay the same if going onto gold??

lol yes

go to marketplace, redeem code.. thats it. nothing changes but the gold.

still have everything, just now u can play online etc

remember to sign out, then back in after putting code in
