OK, I was just playing a game and was suddenly disconnected from Live. I don't think it's the dreaded ban-hammer as I'm not getting the TOC violation message in the test, it's saying 'Technical Configuration Error - Contact Xbox Technical Support'
I've tried rebooting my router, to no avail.
