Can someone do me a favor and check to see if they sign into xbox live, or even sign into the xbox live forums?

I can't access either of them and want to figure out if they are having issues or if its me.

Forums seem to load now and it says I'm signed in and on the dashboard, but looks like its stuck loading the dashboard.

Was sound for me up to around 20 minutes ago & has been All day :D
It was a 360 day in my house today

Any of you guys on BE ISP by any chance? (Only reason I ask is I am and they are having some issues tonight with DNS).

Edit: I have swapped DNS servers to elimnate BE from the equation and access to the web based xbox live site is still slow, but all other sites are fine and fast now, so maybe xbox live is having some issues.

Change your DNS servers for now and that will fix the problem. I have posted on their forums and others have same issues:

I am using these:

208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220

thanks muchly :)

Don't thank me, I always help when I can. You can help me out in return though by voting on the BE support forums for them to acknowledge the problems faster!!

It is the first night the problem has affected me, I didn't realise other people are suffering too, so if you vote maybe it will speed up the fix for others too ;)

(you will have to login with your BE account access the page).

Again I couldn't access live again late last night, but I'm not with BE. Hopefully it will be fixed tonight.

The web based stuff is struggling (seeing many IIS (I think) errors and also some
"Sorry, this page is unavailable.").

Wouldn't surprise me if it is just due to people hammering the Burnout Demo.

I don't know too much about the network layout MS use for Live, but there always seems to be a link to login dashboard/web front end/forums issues, in that they all normally suffer at the same time. I am sure it will be fine later on today (hopefully by the time I get home anyway!!).

Edit: Anyone fancy testing this link for me: http://live.xbox.com/en-US/default.aspx (If you are logged into Passport you should see your web based xbox live screen).
