Xbox Live Points Question

Just a quick query, i bought one of those 12 month pre-paid cards with 1000 free Live points. Got my card through this morning, entered the code and now got gold membership, only thing is no points. tried the code again in the points menu but nothing.

Just wondering if anyone else has bought one and if i'm supposed to get a seperate code for the points or something. Going to email the site as well see what they say.

No competitors. No competitor hints. It's not even relevant where you got it from.

I had the same problem.

So I got on the phone to them, complained, and was emailed a code for 1000 points the next day...

I still don't know if thats what they do anyway - email a code on, or if they were supposed to send a 1000 point card with the gold subscription card... never mind, i got the points in the end!

I ordered one and recieved the code via email before the card arrived. It did get put into my junk folder tho
