xbox live problems

I've just got around to playing World at War on xbox live and I'm having a few problems.

1. Most of the time the connection times out.

2. If I am lucky enough for it to connect then quite a lot of the time the game seems to be at some weird super speed.. movement and voice is like its playing at 5x normal speed.

Had a quick google but couldn't find anything

no problems here, how do you connect? do you do it wired or wirelessly? Have had some problems roughly like that, and it was my router playing up. Otherwise, check at speedtest.net when connecting to a game to check latency and throughput

Same here i have three xbox 360s two are wifi connected and one is hardwired. Have had this problem since saturday morning.
