Xbox Live reedem code problem

Hi all,

Having a problem with entering some trial codes I have, my subscription runs out tomorrow, I have a few trials to get me by whilst I find a cheap 12 month code but every code I enter it says it's invalid. I've tried these codes on my other halves account and they work, why it only affect mine? Anyone experiences this?

Try making a new account and using them. I gave some to a mate and they wouldn't work on his gold account so he made a new one and it worked.

By the sounds of both of your posts your Xbox live account needs to have returned to Silver before a trial can be used. (Just a guess though!)
