Xbox Live region migration

Hi all,

This seems to be a fairly new service which has come at the perfect time for me.

I'm moving to Canada in March and I wanted to ask if anyone has used this service yet and how long it took?

If it takes ages I was thinking of migrating it before I go so that it's ready shortly after I get there.

Any first hand experience would be great.

This service only went live last week didn't it? Doubt many here have used it!

Might be worth asking the Xbox support people on Twitter, they may be able to give you some idea how long the process takes.

Doesn't really answer your question but thought I'd stick my nose in anyway

From what I've read it now takes a couple of hours max (once you click the button) and you can do it once every three months. Good timing for me too since I'm currently trying to get out to Oz!
