Xbox live slow download?

Hi all

I get 76meg fibre on speedtest etc, and even downloading actual files of 1GB get an average of 7.2 meg per second.

Lately been trying to download some games from XBL and I'm getting 660kbps.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or if there are settings to alter etc? Its incredibly frustrating!

The xbox is wired too btw, and switching to wireless makes no difference.

Yes.

Xbox server downloads are the slowest thing in history.

They simply don't have the bandwidth to max out everybodys connections. As a result at peak times it will be dog slow.
