Xbox live support

Anyone tried using this? Absolutely awful, I have had nothing but issues, been trying change my gamertag email address to an email address that has a gamertag registered to it, with absolutely no joy. Been passed around constantly to different teams and they all give me the same response with no help.

"Currently this is not possible on an XBOX one, please use a 360"

It still doesn't work on the 360 and I just keep getting fobbed off, highly frustrating.

I've never spoken to them personally but a friend of mine was having no end of bother with the support line over the weekend.

I detest the ****s. The amount of time it took me to keep getting DRM transferred on the 360 every time their pile of poorly built pap RROD on me was blood boiling. I think one time took me about 6 months to get sorted so I could play my rock band content offline.

I had a hellish time too with warranty transfer from original console to replacements.

Hopefully they are better these days.
