Xbox live - TV Icon

Just looking through my friends list just on the xbox and one of my mates has a little TV icon next to his name.

Can anyone explain what this is?

Maybe something to do with the vision cam/webcam thing that you can get for the xbox?

it means he is on his pc via xbox live

i.e playing games for windows
