I know this maybe should be in the network part but i thought it get seen more here, whats the score with xbox market place its so slow, i put some demo's on at 8am and its taken 2 hrs to do 200 meg and am on 4 meg adsl.

Is there something i can do to make it better as its just plain pathetic its so slow downloading.
 
It was the same on Nildram as it is on UKFSN now which i know they don't throttle any ports at all ukfsn, lucky if i hitting 100kbs, tried looking at router side but not much came up
 
Nopes its connected wired, tried it direct into the router and its dog slow, router i have is Netgear DG834G, also tried direct to pc but can't seem to get it to go past ip part.
