xbox month to month

Ok,

So my idiot brother decided he wanted to play xbox live and used my card thats already on the system to pay for the 5quid month subby.

Then I noticed its now charging me every month the 5quid

I only just noticed as i thought it would just be a one off 5quid payment and wouldnt renew automatically.

Anyways ive had a look both on the xbox and xbox live website and cant find a way to get rid of the xbox live month to month subby ? I dont play it live enough to warrent the cost i just want it gone.

So question is how the hell do i stop them from billing me ?
or am i doomed to pay 5quid per month forever

Unlucky!!!

When I had my Xbox this is what I got caught with. I thought it would be on a month by month basis so I could pay the fiver as and when I needed to use Live, how wrong was I

In the end I had to cancel my debit card, even though I cancelled it with them over the phone, they still charged me afterwards and denied all knowledge of me cancelling it

Oh and don't forget to let them know that your mum, dad, brother, auntie, nan, friend, nextdoor neighbour also don't want or need Live

aww god dammit

"luckly" its on my cred card and not my debit but still its damm annoying.....owell cheers for the info guys
