Xbox networking help

My Xbox 360 and PC are connected to a switch, this switch is then connected to a router downstairs. Both the PC and the Xbox 360 can use the internet at the same time no problem and both are automatically assigned an IP by the router.

However, the PC can't ping the xbox or connect to it for sharing video etc and the Xbox doesn't see the the PC. What have I done wrong?
 
Well I managed to sort that by reinstalling Windows Media Player 11 (Again). My PC has been screwing up a lot with regard to media in the last few days.
