Xbox Dashboard Failing to Load Content After Auto Sign In - Please Help

Hello all,

I'm new to the Xbox world after coming over from the PS4.

After the Xbox has turned on it takes a while to sign into live, first of all is this normal as the PS4 was connected to PSN as soon as it displayed the home screen?

After the Xbox has connected to live it does not show any live content on the Home, Community, OneGuide or Store pages. See photos below.

Troubleshooting that has temporally worked:
  • While the Xbox is powered on, sign out and back in. However after turning the Xbox off and on again, back to square one.
  • Hold down both triggers and press Y. Works until the Xbox is turn off than on again.

Troubleshooting the hasn't worked:
  • I have tried resetting the Xbox, holding the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, re power on.
  • Deleting the profile and reading it.
  • Setting the Xbox to factory settings and resetting it up

Thank you for any help and advise you can give

This is what is displayed when the Xbox dashboard first loads, it takes a while to connect to XBL, this was my first question, is it normal for it to take a while, where as the PS4 was instant in my case.
 
No, it should be connected to Xbox Live as soon as you see your "Welcome <name>" bit displayed on startup. So the fact yours isn't suggests something is wrong with your internet or the Xbox. Are you connecting wirelessly and have a poor signal?

I would send a message to Xbox Support on Twitter (if you use it) and see what they say.
