EDIT: Can delete thread. Think I'm just going to refund it as the two buttons shouldn't be hard to press.
Hello, Just replaced my xbox controller with the new one today for use on the PC, however there two issues I'd appreciate some help with because I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this.
First the rumble motor makes a weird noise, the old pad is just the normal shake noise, but the new pad is making a... Not sure how to put it.. "rooooooom", with slight higher pitched noise?.
Second is the start and back buttons at the center are hard to press, you have to put your thumb fully over it and press down hard, everything else presses fine to the normal press, I'd assume it's done to stop pressing them by mistake or something?, or should they be easy to activate as well?.
A little weird as some say it shouldn't make any odd rumble noises and can't find anything on the buttons. Thanks.
