XBOX One Elite Console

Hey guys,

Just been taking a look at the 1tb Elite XBOX One Console, and wondering if it is worth an upgrade from my Standard 500gb Xbox..

Mainly that hybrid drive, is it noticeably faster than the one in the standard console?

I may be wrong but isnt a USB 7200rmp drive quicker then an internal one?

Yeah, im trying to resist the new X, I have a true 4K TV so would partner together well..but I dunno..please don't tempt me

Absolutely pointless.

Get an Xbox One X. Loading times are much faster on that.

Elite Consol was made pointless soon as s model came out, if buying an upgrade has to be x especially if on vanilla Xbox

I had the Elite console, didn't see much of a difference compared to my original Xbox One and S with loading games. Sold it last month to make space for the Xbox One X.

The Elite was only worth it because of the controller and bigger 1TB, no Xbox One console at the time had 1TB HDD otherwise I wouldn't of bothered.

I suppose the x is more of a no brainier as I already have a elite controller I use atm..

Yes and keep the elite controller as the one that comes with the X is terrible (feels so cheap and plastic)

Glad I'm not the only one whose noticed that, is it me or do they feel a lot more cheaply made than the V1?

Probably want you to shell out for a better one in the Design Lab or a special edition one from Argos.

I've got an elite controller but you would expect them to not begin to cheap out on the controller lol
