Xbox One Kinect AV Gear Setup

Managed to get my new Xbox One connected up but having a bit of a problem,

If I say Xbox on it powers up the tv, freeview box and av amp all fine
If I say Xbox off it turns off the tv and xbox and leaves freeview and av amp on.

I have set the power to toggle when the xbox off command is issued.

Any ideas how to fix?

Does the volume up/ down command control your av amp as well?

Yeah it works great! No idea why it's getting it wrong as it's the same command as power on

Yea that's what I was wondering if the other commands are working it means it has the right code, maybe try the Kinect in another position when trying to turn it off?
