xbox one online question

Hi

I just got a xbox one that came with a 14 day live gold subscripton.

I can play Forza 6 online but anyone else with a profile on my xbox can't as it says they need a subscription.

Am I doing something wrong as I was under the impressions that the online subscription is for all users of the xbox?
