Has anyone else replaced their optical drive in their original Xbox One? Mines been on the blink for ages and it's finally stopped reading discs. I've found that you can get replacements on Ebay but some say you need to replace the logic board as well as the drives are paired with each console and others don't make any mention of that at all.
I've replacement replaced the hard drive and I'm familiar with soldering so if it needs replacing, that's not a problem but I'd like to know before hand if possible.
Any ideas?
