I'm not really into any of these particular games, (I've only played Battletoads, which is surprising to me) but it's a really nice idea and a good price. It'd be cool if more devs released retro compilations like this on the new consoles.

I don't have an Xbox, but hopefully it's successful and MS then go on to convince others to get something similar going.

For me, the golden age of gaming was 1992-2001 and not just because of my age at the time. I still prefer that decade or so to this day. There are ways to play these games sure, and for many it may seem like a waste of the new consoles but if MS got hold of more collections like this on Xbox One, I'd buy one. It'd convince me more than all the AAA modern games they are doing!
 
Should have called it 'Ultimate Rare' and then they would properly embraced the 1980s. Missed a trick there ;-)
 
Tempted to pick this up as I've never played any of the Banjo or Conker games and everyone seems to rave about them.

Snake Rattle N Roll would also be a laugh as I remember playing that as a kid.
 
Bit disappointed that Conker isn't the Xbox remaster. Would have been nice to at least have the option.

TBH reading the list, it's quite shocking how many decent, unused IPs Microsoft have access to via Rare. Sequels and remakes for some of these would make the XO line-up a bit more varied and interesting, and give Rare something more interesting to do instead of more Kinect fluff. That pirates MMO does look good though.

Looking forward to this. Its a shame you can't get the achievements again for games you've already played on 360. Wanted them again for Viva Piñata. If only they would make a new one though.
 
Been let down too many times by playing old games, sometimes they are best left as memories. That being said, I liked Grabbed by the Ghoulies back on the original Xbox!
 
Although very tempting and a lot of games for the price, I never played any of these games as a nipper so to me it'll just be a load of old games :D You really need the nostalgia factor I think.
