I've just bought an Xbox One S, it is hardwired to a Virgin M350 connection and I get just under 400Mbps when running the speed test on the Xbox, so pull speed.. However, when I download games I hardly ever see above 100Mbps.. How come? Is this down to MS servers not able to provide fast enough? (unlikely)

No clue but I know others from the VM forums get same issues with all consoles but at least you can get full speed in a test.
It could be MS servers esp. as many are home so gaming due to lockdown but have you tried at different times?
I can get full speed on My NV Shield wired but never tied to grab game on it.

Pretty sure it caps the speed if you've got a game or app running - could that be it?
I just tried again now (downloading the free trial of CoD Black Ops Cold War - Zombies) and I get 200Mbps.. This is the fastest I have seen it.. Good, but not quite full speed.. Just wanted to understand why to see if anything could be done to improve it)
