XBox One - which version of Minecraft

I need to buy Minecraft for a nephew, who has an XBox One.

Have just realised that that are multiple versions:

* Bedrock Starter Collection - £24.99
* Minecraft Full Game (Digi Download) - £14.99
* Minecraft Starter Collection (Digi Download) - £24.99
* Minecraft Bedrock Master Collection - £14.99 (reduced from £17.99)

What is the difference between them and which is worth going for?
