Xbox One wireless controller - Pointless thread

This is a pointless thread, but after years and years of using wireless xbox controllers with my PC (360 and the One), last night I discovered that if you hold down the xbox button on the controller, it turns it off.

Am I an idiot for not googling this? Yes
Is this a pointless thread to those who know? Yes
Does this matter? No

Either way, my mind was blown... I always thought you simply had to leave it to self turn off.

Thanks....Am sure i used to just leave mine turn themselves off
