Xbox ones in stock

i picked up four of them, (USA) hoping to make $100 on each one.. Even dropped the price to RRP to save the hassle on returning, no-one is biting. Not even one reply ! Looks like i'll just have to take them back to get my money back.

Something tells me that they're not all that much in demand.

If they are becoming more readily available, why buy yours at $100 over RRP?

 Did you miss the words 'four' and 'hoping' ?

Anyway is what it is. I won't personally lose anything, it just comes as a surprise that they're so readily available.

I only see it as a bad thing. For Microsoft that is.

Yeah I saw what you wrote, dont know why you're confused :)

I cant see Microsoft getting stock into the shops as a bad thing.....even if you can now walk into a store and pick one up

Quite a few internet sellers have stock ready to dispatch, for example amazon have the fifa bundle.

Same sort of inventory levels that the WiiU had, just before Christmas, this time last yr.

And we all know how that story ended.

Don't know what all the fuss is about, its not exactly difficult to pick up either console, Game in Wolverhampton had loads of PS4 and Xbox Ones in stock today.

I was tempted by the PS4 but have Forza, Ryse and DR3 to keep me going over Christmas.

Does anyone else think the price of the next gen games is ridiculous? I was going to buy Battlefield 4 but I am not paying £54.99.

Out of curiosity I asked what I would get px for DR3, they offered me £24, shocking when you consider they sell the preowned copies for £49.99

Dude give it a rest, we get it already, you prefer PS4 to XBO.

Xbox ones seem to be available in most supermarkets and PS4s in many of them. They seem to get maybe 3-4 a day from what I've over heard in the shops. I've mentioned similar in one of the Xbox/PS4 threads on here but I think supermarkets aren't cool enough for some people to buy their console from.

There was at least 40 in my tesco today and in all the electrical stores I went to in cambridge had stock. You certainly could not buy for profit here.

I think both manufacturers are going to struggle hugely compared to last gen. Especially at Xmas. My tesco's is the biggest in the country iirc and you go in there and all the kids are around the tablets playing games. Both the sony and MS displays might as well be in the store room.

I think this gen we will really see how much kids demand for tablets or isomething or other is going to hurt sales for another £400 device.

It is when you consider we're already getting less due to DLC/monetisation, you only have to look at Forza 5 (compared to Forza 4) to see how much of a rip off it is becoming.

Well the new gen have been a sell out but we are moving more towards people wanting one device that does all which is probably why they have started adding all the tv stuff. I think games consoles have at least this gen in them yet. In a few years we will probably have phones that wirelessly output games to a tv and a wireless joypad and then people won't bother with a console.

I've tried three different sainsburys in the south of Manchester for a ps4; as I wanted to get the nectar points then use the points to pick up a years worth of PSN, but all three stores was out of stock. I've not been going mad looking for it, just popped my head around the games bit when I was food shopping; there's not a lot of games I want to play on it at the moment.

I got myself four new car tyres instead. :(

Seems to be an awful lot of Xbox bashing going on lately, I personally think there is more than enough room in the marketplace for both consoles.

ok so the Xbox One upscales battlefield from 720p to 1080p but the PS4 upscales from 900p I believe, I was in Game today looking at both and found it difficult to spot any difference apart from the colours on the PS4 seemed a tad more vibrant but there wasn't a lot in it.

I own a Xbox one but will get a PS4 in the future just for the exclusives.
