PGR series (2 was epic!)
OutRun is good fun, impressive for the machine as well (I thought)
Jet Set Radio Future
Halo series (Gotta admit I never had them but everyone seems to cry about how good they are so prolly worth picking up)

I'm sure there are others but these are the ones I can think of right now.

No Psychonauts wasn't exclusive (good shot though :))

Steel Battalion was immense :D My mate bought it and we all had a go playing with the controller, pity the game was rock hard!
