Now that Windows 10 has released its latest version and supports Play Anywhere. Does this now mean I can go buy Xbox game from Cdkeys or G2A and it will activate on PC?

I'm guessing it allows you to buy a game from the windows xbox store and play it on either. Not sure about physical copies of games.

Only supported games as well, it won't work with everything.

I spoke to a Microsoft customer service person about this before and from what I gathered you definitely will be able to activate games on PC but I doubt there will be cheap keys going around for a while at least.
It looks like if you can find a digital play anywhere game key then in theory it should work on both X1 and PC - but as mentioned, finding the keys - not so easy.
Not sure why the MS Windows 10 store isn't being updated to show all the new play anywhere games. This play anywhere from MS seems to be a bigger push to move consoles instead of giving PC gamers more games.. But that could be me..
If I was MS I'd have updated the Windows 10 store by now to show off all the games that support this.
