Xbox Repair

Finally got through to some Mexican at UPS and the link doesnt generate properly i had to replace a bit saying "%3DO" with "="

Joke company!
 
I had problems with the UPS link Microsoft sent out also. This was about 4 weeks ago.

I can not believe they haven't fixed this, perhaps it's a ploy to discourage people from following up the process.
