Ok just wondered if someone can help me,

I sent off my extra 3 years support coupon with a cheque a few days after i got my 360, few days later i get a letter saying i forgot the serial number, so i included it and sent it back to them.

I have sent them e-mails, phoned them but not received any answer as of yet that could help me. this is the response i get.

As far as i know the link in his signature is where he wants me to go, but thats where i have been sending my queries. whenever i get in contact with xbox support i get fobbed of with some indian guy who sounds as if he just scripting and doesnt understand me.

is their any other way of getting through to these guys and getting a straight answer,

He means ring them up.

Oh and as for getting a straight answer. Ring at different times in the day and you should get through to UK or US call centre.
 
Phone them up and it will be sorted in minutes, probably about 40 minutes ;)

Its far easier to phone them than bother with the emails. I find I get better service phoning after 3 in the afternoon.

i keep getting through to this indian fella who i cant understand, been driving me insane for weeks.

will try when i get home from work early.
 
When i finally got my paperwork back from ms they had basically given me a us 90 day warranty and then another 2 yrs on top of that. i phoned them up and they said they would sort it and i would recieve new paperwork. never did tho.
