I’m attempting to recover my son’s account. We were recently hacked and we have been locked out of it. It looks as if they changed the password then enabled 2fa their end. I’d like to speak to another human about this. There must be some way we can verify this account. The online recovery form is just impossible.

Does anyone have a number?

I haven't unfortunately. It's very frustrating because my son has lost access to all his paid for games and progress. He's started again with a fresh account but he's lost an awful lot, and we simply cannot afford to buy a lot of the games again for him. It's very upsetting.
