I have seen cables for the 360 to connect upto a TFT/PC Monitor however is there anything simular for the standard Xbox?

Reason being I sold my WoW account and have just purchased an Xbox with 40 games for £80. :D

there are a few solutions. one is to use something known as an XGA box, which will take a composite signal, and convert it to 1024x768 vga. You can use such a box to display your xbox on a tft, but quality is sub-par. Alternatively you could go for the official xbox component cables and use them with a component to vga converter.

Was in a second hand games shop at the weekend and awas just thinking, the old Xbox is a huge bargain currently, with shed loads of games all at rock bottom prices. Got a great deal there :)

Just imagine. Someone has probably bought those games at say £25 each. 40 * 25 = £1000. Xbox = £200. Total = £1200.

And you get it for £80. It really makes collecting games worthless, doesn't it?

HI,
I currently got a Joytech VGA linked up to my ASUS MW221U.However,would there be any improvements if I upgraded to an official Xbox cable?

We're talking about the original xbox here, and I think you're talking about the 360. But anyways, yes, official cable, buy it.

Thanks for your reply Cokebottles.
My last post was regarding the Xbox 360.Will there be a big improvement using the official one? lets say...image Quality!

One more thing, how do you display your Gamer's Tag?Has you can see, mine is in text format.Am I missing something?
