Xbox wont connect

In my house we have two internet hubs, the computers/laptops are fine connecting to them both however my xbox has trouble connecting with one of them, for some reason it can never connect to the actual hub. My xbox is on a wireless network, so its not wired up. was wondering if anyone could help me out and get me back online. (i have already rebooted the hub, still nothing)

Hub as in network hub or hub as in BT Home Hub?
On the xbox network test where does it fail?

its a bt home hub, and on the Xbox test or doesn't connect to the hub so the first dotted line.

BT Hub 3.0? If so login and turn off WPS, seen it cause all kind of silly troubles.

Tried going into network settings and reverting to defaults then remaking the wireless profile?
