Xbox360 Account transfer Question

Can my current 360 game profile and all info be transfered to a brand new 360 console that would then be my primary console. What do people do that have their machines replaced by MS if they go wrong?

I want to reg a new console with MS but continue using my gamer name and all relevent Network Passport details that contain my CC info and my LIVE sub, ect,ect, and deleate all info from the old one

All you need to do is select recover account on the new xbox. It will ask you to fill in a load of stuff about you and confirm everything, then it should be fine. Alternatively, you can probably get away with keeping your HDD, and it should all stay there I think.

May try the HDD then, so to reg new console i just goto into my account on xbox.com and re-enter the new serial? for the new 360?

you do it via the recover account option on the console.
