They sell em stateside, Madcatz make one. No idea what game it comes with or works with though. I'd imagine a bit of googling on US sites will point you in the right direction.

Got it fairly reasonable. £5 off a £30 spend at a highstreet game store. 11% quidco and it brings the price right down. Waiting for them to get scene it in too as thats going to work out at about £26.
