Xbox360 dashboard update, finally here?

Been updating for 5mins sofar so I hope it's the new dash!

It launches around 25th November.

mine only just updated a few months ago. was i late for a previous update or perhaps they realised i was awesome so gave it early?

It's probably just preparing the backstage stuff for the new dashboard.

You would know instantly if you have the new dashboard as it looks totally different.

This updates does nothing obvious, most likely background prep for the new dash which should be out towards the end of November.

It looks a bit like the PS3 interface... Across for menu items and up/down for sub-menu items

Xbox 360 System Update coming this Tuesday (no new features)

Sometime during the early morning hours tomorrow (Pacific Time, Tuesday, October 11th) we are pushing out a mandatory system update. If you are signed into LIVE already, you may be signed out. Once the update has been completed, you’ll be able to sign-in again and back online in a few moments.

This is a general system maintenance update and there are no new features that will show up once your system has been updated.

Mines been fine since the update also, being fairly new to the xbox I'm a little disappointed they're changing the dash

So I'm the only person who is getting major connectivity issues since this update? I keep getting disconnected from XBox live since the update, I can't stay connected for longer than 10 minutes. My desktop is wired, my laptop and PS3 are wireless but all 3 are fine no connectivity issues at all. Nobody else getting this?
