xbox360 deleting system settings?

just got a jasper[arcade] from a local second hand shop for £85 with fifa 09 and pgr4

got home and started to play about with it and its fine......but i need to reset the xbox to its original settings[wipe it cleen] how do i go about doing it?

It's in the System box at the far right of "My Xbox". You can format the HDD by going to memory and pressing Y (I think). The option to run "Initial Setup" is also there somewhere.

thaks i have done that. But i now need to work out the passcode in family settings :mad:

owell i have till tomorrow to work it out lol lookes like its going back for a refund

You need to contact Microsoft to get it reset unfortunately, it's a different key code for each console apparently.

There is a reset option but again it's the answer to the security question which you obviously won't have. Xbox customer services it'll have to be.
