hi.
having just acquired a hdd for my core 360 i got before xmas a few questions if i could:
1) if you reformat the hdd do you lose everything that came pre-supplied on the hard drive? (e.g. hexic, gamer pictures, themes, etc).
2) if you reformat the hdd is the hidden partiton (~7gb? containing the xbox emulator, etc) not actually reformatted? or put another way, is the hidden partition 100% TOTALLY hidden?
3) if you buy a game on xbox arcade and reformat the hdd or accidentally delete it are you screwed? or is the purchase logged on some database somewhere and once purchased you can download the full version again without having to pay?
i would just like this clarifying to help judgement as to if i should give my young son free access to the xbox360 or supervised only.
