Xbox360 problems

What sort of problems are/did people have with their xbox 360s? I've only had mine a couple of days, so far gears of war has crashed twice and now it's saying the disc is unreadable!!!!!!

Does this sound bad?

Sounds like you need to return it for a replacement.
