Hi,

I tried to get my Wireless Xbox 360 Controller working on my PC last night, with no joy. I thought I could use my USB recharge cable. Guess I was wrong. I downloaded some drivers from the Microsoft website and it is detected, though it does not show up in control panel. Has anybody else used a wireless controller with a recharge cable? I know the hard wired ones work but don't really want to fork out for one. Just wanted to try it out on GRID to see what it is like with a pad.

Cheers

Well I plugged it into my controller, boshed into a USB slot, windows made the sound when A device is connected to acknowledge that it has picked up a device. It then tried to find a driver, at which point I downloaded a driver and it installed it. Thats is as much as I can tell tell you. Other than I'am on XP Home 32bit.
